Need help with your account, family invite, subscription, or a memory that is not syncing?

Common Help Topics

Subscriptions: TinyFrame subscriptions are managed by Apple. You can cancel or manage billing in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Family invites: Invite codes are private. Only share codes with people you want to view the selected family chapter.
Account deletion: You can delete your account in TinyFrame Settings. This permanently removes your family data from production systems.
Privacy requests: Email privacy@tinyframe.app.
